Hi,
when I've rented the server I've seen
that I can use up to 5 ips but how to request
them? should I post a ticket in orbit
to request another one?

Thank you

You'll get details of your IPs in your welcome email when you sign up. If you need more, you need to request them in Orbit, under Sales | IP address (https://orbit.theplanet.com/nav_sales/gen_o...r.html?ofid=387)

I've signed up long time ago and when I've signed up I've read exactly 5 ips but they should be requested.
In orbit I've already checked the sales ip addresses but it asks for extra money and at least I don't need other extra ips while I'm not still using the ips that I've in my plan.

If you haven't set up the IPs in your OS yet, you'll need to look into how to do that. What OS are you using?

Your going to have to bind additional IPs in Network Connections in Windows. First one should be bound, the next 4 will have to be added manually.
nForcer
Get into the Local Area Connection
Click the Properties button (bottom)
Select Internet Protocol TCP/IP
-Click the Properties button
-click the Advanced button at bottom
Under IP addresses, click Add and add the IP's you've been assigned from ThePlanet (and keep the same Subnet mask)
Click OK to accept all the changes.

To check they are all configured, go to START > RUN *type* cmd, then type ipconfig. That should list all the IP's you've assigned and if you've done everything correct, they will all appear in some form or another.
