Full Version: Plesk Key Issue
The Planet Forums > Control Panels > Plesk

So I just had my OS reloaded yesterday, and I had SM add Plesk control panel (I was doing everything by hand before).

I had all my sites configured (about 12 or so) and was thumping right along, when I got to applying some 2003 patches. I loaded a handfull of those, rebooted and now I am getting a Key error, your sites configuration exceeds key limitations.

Everything was going fine until I rebooted after applying the 2003 patches so I cant think of anything else it could be. How do I get the correct key back onto my system and has anyone else run into this?

Ticket# 1012312PLNT for any planet people that read this.

My key is showing up as plsk.00000000.0000 which does not look good, with the following

You should be able to go into the key page and use the 'Roll Back Key' option. *EDIT* Just read the ticket*/EDIT*. Your ticket has been updated, please let us know if you experience any further issues. icon_biggrin.gif

Sorry, they took care of it last night. I tried the rollback, but it would only rollback to the default key.

Thanks though!
