Does anyone Know a program or service from someone that would allow the mailing of a newsletter to about 6000 people. THe problem that my client has is that when he sends the email, he can only send a hundred at a time to hotmail accounts. but does anyone know of a work around?

Ehm, have the mail server queue them for delivery, until all of them are sent out?

I don't know the constraints of Hotmail, e.g. did you mean 100 per hour or 100 day?

I recommend Dada Mail. Not only does it allows easy list management and subscriptions, you can also throtlle the rate of sending, e.g. you can set it to send 500 messages per hour (rather than all at once), or what ever you like.
