We can't talk to Urchin support directly, so please forward this request:

Please upgrade your SVG detection script so that Mozilla users can view SVG graphics without having to install the Adobe Viewer.
The only check you do right now is to see if the Viewer is installed and that prevents Firefox 1.5 users from seeing nice SVG graphs.

For those interested, you can just modify some Javascript in svgcheck.js and Firefox will display the SVG.
Pie charts are blank, but the rest is working.
