I have cpanel/whm reseller account

What is the best way to allow my customers create and host multiple domains? So my Customer1 has domain1.com and domain2.com and wants to host both domains (on separate URLs like www.domain1.com and www.domain2.com) using his account, how should I set him up?

Give them some addon domains or parked domains depending on what they want to do.
