I have 2 servers but i must use the same domain for name server like this:
For first server i use: ns1.xxx.com, ns2.xxx.com
For second server i use: ns3.xxx.com, ns4.xxx.com

the first server are work ok (I think because i use the host name on the hosted domain xxx.com), but the second server can't be found on some ISP's, and i got this message:

I have this problem from a long time without any fix, nothing work with this.

I've tried on the second server to host it on another domin and another name server and make a reseller on it for the first server domain to have nameservers on that domain like ns3 , ns4 . but the same problem

any fix please ?!!!

Speaking for myself, I have no idea what you are talking about. Perhaps if you can tell us the domain in question, we can try it for ourselves and see what's going on.

We need more details, It could be related to the users isp though.

Go to http://dnsreport.com/ and test the domain name(s) you're having trouble with. Look at the report, maybe it will help you.
