How to reinstall MSSQL desktop server, Plesk couldn't start the service !?!...
You need to download MSDE from Microsoft and run the setup.exe from the command line. The readme has various parameters you might want, including setting the SAPWD and authentication mode.
Although it would probably be more helpful to debug your current installation. View your event logs, and look at the SQL server log files to determine why it has not started.

Also done, but still have issue to start the server !...
Wrong patch from the error message !...
I thing windows miss some files...
