i have a super server 3.2 server from server matrix and im trien to get americas army to installed on it! i hit the last ok button to install it and 2 seconds later americas army pops up and says the process was stoped before the game could install. anyone have any idea? i have ran battlefield vietnam, battlefield 1942 and currently run battlefield 2 and have nevre had any problems with them. i have searched every forum i could and have seen no one els with the same problem. also i have downloaded the game from 3 places and i get the same thing everytime.

I assume this is AA version 2.4??? If so ithe problem lies with the AA installer trying to fire a Direct X installer of some sort before the game install starts. You can work around this by running a network install with the following parameters.
msiexec /a AmericasArmy.MSI
That will by-pass the DirectX install and go straight to the game setup. Then simply point to a directory on your local machine to install to.

hmmm sorry im so what of a noob but i realy need to understand what your saying. i run windows on the server so could you please break this down for me? im so looking foward to installing this game on my server!

there is a step by step instruction post about this on the AA forums somewhere. i found it awhile ago and dont know know the link. if you search there you can find it pretty quick.
