Run it on my laptop, normal, start disk cleanup and bam
One thing I noticed about my new toshiba laptop that it's not really a 'laptop', but more of a portable because if it were a laptop, I'd be able to sit it on my lap or some other soft surface without it overheating. One of the first things I did when I got it was fire it up and tossed it on my bed. Fortunately, I realized it was getting hot and that the fan was on the bottom and it cooled right down after sitting it on a hard surface.

Im not sure how accurate speedfan is. It was recommended to me, but I ran my computer for a few hours intensively and it showed a 76+ temperature. I instantly rebooted and check in bios and it only showed 56 in there. I dont think it could of cooled down 20 degrees in less than 5 seconds.
From my experience with speedfan is that it seems like it can be fairly close, but unfortunately it doesn't register 5v fans.. but then again, I don't think any program does. I really doubt it cooled down that much either, so maybe speedfan is reading something different than your bios?
Something you may want to check on your desktop is proper airflow. Some of these cases only allow incoming air through a little port on the bottom front so something like sitting it on a carpet could prevent airflow and cause it to overheat. I don't know who came up with the brilliant idea of putting the only intake port there, but those cases should really be redesigned. Those kind of cases should be sitting on a hard surface so that air can come in through the bottom. Same goes for the back of computer with all cases. It needs to vent hot air somewhere, so I wouldn't set it inside an enclosed desk without having a hole in the back as well as front of the shelf area so that it had proper airflow. Also, more fans isn't alway better. If you have extra fans inside the case, make sure there's enough in as well as out fans. I've found that if not setup properly, processors can actually run hotter with more fans than less.
If you're running at 65+ celcius, you're reducing the lifespan of that processor so if the cooling isn't corrected in a few days or weeks, you may be replacing it.
