Can I assign a subdomain to a different machine? Like server2.domain.com?
Can I do this through the planets DNS or do I need to set up my own DNS?
Thanks for any help.

Yes you can assign a subdomain any IP you want. Yes I would of thought this was possible with The Planets DNS (we have BIND running on our machines and use that tho). for example some of us use home.mydomain.com to access a site hosted off our own home machines.

Thanks for reply. So, I can just put in a ticket and have them create an 'A' record for server2.domain.com? Then I can point it to my server2 IPs.
Is this correct?
