Here is my deal.
I recently just got a windows server for hosting.
I also rent a shared MS SQL Database from theplanet.com
Since I had this MS SQL DB i wasn't sure if I needed to get the SQL module plesk.
Since I wasn't sure, I decided to call SWsoft and find out before I place my online order.
I talked to some guy in sales. I told him exactly what i was doing and he told me I need the MS-SQL plugin.
I am like ok... hang up the phone... I order 30 domain plesk and MS-SQL plug-in...
Well after installing plesk, and go to mess with the MS SQL plug in... I realize it doesn't work in my situation.......
So I call sales and tell them... They say since I ordered online i must contact onlinesales@sw-soft.com
So I contact online sales... and they pretty much tell me to screw myself.
