Beating my head against the wall here for DNS setup without a control panel (have had very bad experience with control panels in the past).
Is there a how to in setting up the network card (eth0:1 and eth0:2), and other network settings as well as setting up bind9 itself.
I appear to have everythinig setup correctly for bind but have some doubt for the network card (resolves everything fine within the server, but nothing outside)
In addtion, I have attempted to change my DNS with my registrar (enom - powerpipe) and when I enter ns1.mydomain.net and ns2.mydomain.net I get an error from them saying that these are not valid.
Help!
