Hello everyone,

I have Plesk based system but my webalizer doesnt counting correctly.

It is showing up about 17.00 visits a day but i know that there are 4500-5500 visits a day max.
All third party counters and banner management system as well are reporting 5000 in average.

Any ideas ?

Try running webalizer manually and check for errors. I'm moving this thread to the Plesk forum.

Already did,there were some small errors like
"Warning: Truncating oversized referrer field
Warning: Truncating oversized referrer field
"

and that error has been generated while it was processing another domain data not the one i am refering to.

Maybe its counting the same visitor to a different subdomains as a different visitors?

Orbit support was unable to find out the reason.

Any ideas?
