Full Version: 80% Bandwidth Warning

Running freeBSD 5.1 and cPanel 10.2.0 R82

I posted this on the cPanel forum also, but, this may be a better place wink.gif

Last nite on one of the accounts, the bandwidth email started going out. This is a new account so I'm not sure if it's going to be a problem with the recent cPanel update or the account. I checked the account and it used 41% of it's bandwidth, not the 80% that it is saying it used.

I tried modifying the bandwidth, not actually changing it but viewing the limit and saving it thinking that may reset something, but, my concern is that when the other accounts reach 40%, the message will start going out then too thinking that a variable is messed up as $0% is half of 80%.

Anyone else having this problem or any suggestions where to take a look??

Thanks,
Chris

It looks like it's limited to the one account.

When I log into the cpanel account and view the bandwidth, the initial bar shows 82% usage, but, if you click on the month to view the monthly usage, the totals come out to 41% usage.

The problem was with the user file in:

/var/cpanel/users

The domain was listed twice as such:

DNS=domainname.com
DNS2=domainname.com

removed the DNS2 line and everything is normal once again.
