There is a slight typo that will cause an error.

With a CS1.6 server if they add the map cobble it will put de_cobble in the maplist, When the server loads this map it will error beacuse it cannot locate de_cobble as its name is de_cbble without the o.

i've got a bug ticket which has been opened for two weeks for that same problem, just change the map rotation .cfg file for your server (with notepad) and then edit out the o. I'm sure they're looking into fixing it...
