I was wondering if anyone is running HELM and SQL Server 2000 on the same box.

I know when helm is installed it uses MSDE. If I go ahead and run the SQL 2000 install will it simply upgrade the MSDE to Full SQL 2000 Server and helm will be fine? I was able to purchase a sql lic. from a friend for a great discount and would love to use it without setting up a new server.
