Cogent will be reloading the switch feeding the D2 and D4 datacenters at 6:00pm CST 5/3/05. This will cause a loss of internet connectivity for MatriXtreme customers in these facilities lasting 10 min.

This is complete and has resolved the issue.

Cogent has discovered a further issue which they are working to resolve. They are replacing hardware to remedy a malfunctioning link. We will provide an ETR as soon as Cogent provides it.

Greetings,
I've just gotten off the phone with Cogent and they have moved the Gig-E port that was down to a new card and the issues we were seeing now appear to be resolved. We will continue to monitor the situation for another 24 hours just to be sure.
