Hi,
I looked around the forum for solution to this and tried almost everything mentioned in the replies but still nothing worked for me....

May be this new topic can fetch some replies and sort this problem...

Here is the problem..

I have added a reseller to my server and I want to share name server IP address with his nameservers...

i.e. ns1.reseller.com should point to my name server

this is what I did...

I have enabled share name server IPs in tweak settings

I created his acccount...

added ns1.reseller.com and ns2.reseller.com in Reseller Center...(but by mistake i had clicked on add an A entry for this nameserver, i think it should not make diff but still better to mention it)

added a entry in "Edit A DNS Zone" in his domain...

ns1 IN A my.ns1.nameserver.ip
ns1 IN A my.ns2.nameserver.ip

saved the settings....

changed nameserver IPs in domain control panel also....

But now nothing works, none of his sites work...

I had changed nameserver IPs in domain control panel approx 10 hours back....

any ideas about this problem?

Thanks
Deep

actually there was nothing wrong from my side...the settings i did were perfect...

but when my client modified name server IPs in domain control panel, there he specified wrong ip by mistake...

i..e mine starts with 69 and he by mistake put 66

so that is why things were not working...
