ok... i feel obligated to post on this because i have been party to some negative posts in the past involving a friend's experiences. ;-)

I just put in an OS reload ticket on a box that I screwed up myself. gotta learn BSD somehow eh? There were other reasons but I'll spare you the details...

Anyway...

The turnaround time was amazing. They started the reload after about 30 minutes and were done in almost exactly an hour from creation time. superb. any faster and it would have been done before my orbit session time expired.

Thanks to "chall", whomever that is, and if any SM staff wants to pat him on the back the ticket number is 645184PLNT.

I think DC5 stretched their resources over the last week or so, so it's always nice to see some positive comments as well as the negative.
