Hey guys and gals...

I am having a major issue with a server not emailing me the logs and the access hash isnt working neither.
I am running APF and IPTABLES. I have stop both and still not working, I have the right port setup, and i dont have a clue... can or any of you had this issues, I have submitted a ticket to theplanet and they say its my mail settings, BLAH BLAH which isnt right, cause those havent changed. ALso anyone on that server cant email me, its like im being blocked, but the firewall isnt set to block that IP.

Any help please, I will be very thankful.

Run your domain name through http://www.dnsreport.com and see if it is a DNS issue.

Alternatively, check to see if there is any reported errors in your mail logs on the server.

Thank for the reply, Well i did check the dnsreport and we are okay. We can reach the server via http and or https, But let me see if i can explain better....

The server and WHM Autopilot does not talk to the server.
The clients on that server can not email one of our other servers that is with server matrix.

It seems like something is blocking it from others. I also have a few clients that cant get to the server ( there domain name, I had to remove there IP suffix from the ip rules ) . I thought the root access hash could talk to the server no matter what.

Exim logs look okay and the server mail settings hasnt been changed.

Does this explain it any better ?
