I have been trying to get into orbit but cannot. It tells me that I am using an invalid username/password, even thougth I am pretty sure I am using the correct one. When I go to request login information it says it sent it to me, but I recieve nothing. I tried contacting support@theplanet.com but got no answer. I would call the phone number but I am in the UK at the moment.

Try emailing sales[at]servermatrix.com and see if you could help there.

I just tried the password retrieval and it works. Make sure that you use the original email address and that it is not blocking any mails. Mine came in under 3 minutes.

Thanks for your tips. I just sent an email to sales. I have checked everywhere for the password email including spam boxes but it is nowhere to be found.

OK, I got an email reply with my login info. Thank you servermatrix.

Odd that the last charcter of my password was cut off though?!?!
