I am trying to setup FreeBSD on a test machine I have at home and currently have a little problem. At the moment I can not resolve and hostnames. I know this happened when I installed it before but I cant remember what I changed to fix it. Can anyone help me out please?

Well, easy stuff first - you do have valid DNS servers in /etc/resolv.conf, right?

I dont even have that file but when I did the network setup it picked the DNS servers up automatically so I thought I wouldnt need to. Should I add this file then?
