I opened this ticket 24 hours ago: 601626PLNT the load balancer (67.18.200.39) was failling intermitantly, mostly it was off meaning all sites through the LB are off.
Some 18 or so hours later I get a 1 line reply saying it is being looked into. It is still down.
24 hours is too long!, the whole idea of the LB is to provide redundancy thorugh 2x servers, if a repair cannot be effected in a certain time frame (ie 2 hours) then the LB should be bypassed in your DNS to one of the servers.
