We have had floodguard since 03. Do we still need it? I read it was being decommissioned? Is it safe to cancel it?

I believe that now with the new framework, we are all protected but what I understand is that those with existing floodguard will get the security reports for the $10/mth that you are paying now. For new customers, it would have been $20/mth or something..

Someone correct me if I am wrong.

Personally, I cancelled mine a couple of months ago. My servers doesn't attract DoS and thus in the unlikely event that that occurs, I know it is protected, I just do not need to know how effective it is.

What security report, eddy?
