The Planet Forums > Control Panels > cPanel/WHM

Hi.

I just took possession of my SS 2.8 Monday.80 Gig HD. I have set up one account (my forum). I gave it a quota of 30 gigs. All done via cpanel/WHM

The last two days I am getting this in my email
QUOTE
The account with the username 'xxxxxxxx', is running out of disk space.
Please remove some files from this account, or ask the administrator to increase your disk quota.
You have currently used 184.07% of your disk space.

That account is only using 500 megs of the 30 gigs. Log files cant really be big since the domain has only been active for 2 days.

In WHM my servers disk space is showing

/dev/hda6 1012M 289M 672M 31% /
/dev/hda1 99M 25M 69M 27% /boot
/dev/hda5 53G 1.4G 49G 3% /home
/dev/hda7 1012M 45M 916M 5% /tmp
/dev/hda2 9.9G 2.1G 7.4G 22% /usr
/dev/hda3 6.9G 293M 6.3G 5% /var
none 501M 0 501M 0% /dev/shm
/dev/hda7 1012M 45M 916M 5% /tmp

Any ideas on why I am getting that disk space email warning?

run /scripts/fixquotas Perhaps something is ut of place with those. Also be sure to check your file ownerships. Anything you own, anywhere in a quota enabled directory is counted against you.
