Has anyone heard or have a script that suppose to keep a server listed sooner than others on the clients game browser? If so, can you explain it or link me to site for downloading.

I was told that it does something like every few hours. This would refresh the master server and when players use there game browsers it would list the game server sooner than other game servers. I was told for Quake 3 but I guess it should would for any Q3 Engine type game.

Any input is appreciated.

I've never heard of such a thing, and i've played alot of q3. This doesnt mean it doesnt exist though.

I always thought it loaded them by ping, so the servers towards the top were closer to your location.

Ordering is based on players settings but the refresh goes one by one which is ordered by the master server. Based on what I was told, script tries to make you one of the first on refresh rather than one of the lasts ones.
