Are Orbit support tickets working? I put in a ticket at 7am this morning ... 14 hours later, no reply (from a human).

I did receive the auto response.

I think he meant the auto reply which states that the ticket has been submit. I would supposed if you got that and that the ticket is in the system, it would be in the queue. Once it hits your queue number, they would respond to it. It would depend on the nature of the tickets before yours and the nature of your ticket. If it is simple then probably it would be easily resolved but if not, it may take a while to get it done.

If you want, you can call them to see where you stand in line and also if it is super duper urgent you could have them escalate it.
