Yeah I run Cpanel and with Urchin the following error comes up: Unable to get profile id from configuration database

I have 124+ websites on the server. I have a Urchin 200 site license and it doesn't work? Any ideas?

Perhaps the 200 profile limit is used up? Rememeber...cPanel doesn't delete urchin profiles of deleted accounts and each subdomain is a seperate profile.

Son of a... that sucks. Yeah it's probably up. Sheesh...

So how do you get rid of them? I have 12 sites on a particular server thats showing this error

I am having the same error

and have limit of 100 profiles wheras my accounts are 87, can you help me out how can i utilize my remaining 13 profiles.
