In the sign up email from DiskSync I got:
Account: xxxxx-xxxxx
Username: xxxxxx
Password: xxxxxxx
Vault:
Is it normal that the space after Vault is empty or should there be a name or something?
Please help.
Thanks

Mine is disksync02.dllstx3.theplanet.com but you probably have to drop Support a ticket and have them provide you with the details.

For some strange reason known only to them they *never* give you the vault name so although the account is created immediately you have no choice but to enter a ticket and wait for them to send the info through - madness.
We have accounts on disksync01.dllstx3.theplanet.com and disksync02.dllstx3.theplanet.com, some were only ordered this week and are on disksync02.dllstx3.theplanet.com so I'd assume yours are too.

Just ordered another DiskSync Account and it seems like the same problem occurs. No Vault info.

I ordered mine about a week ago and the orbit technician said their programmers were going to look into why the vault name wasn't included. Very strange.

Strange, I know. I thought they were alerted about the issue way back in January since that was where this thread ended and I thought that they got that fix, apparently not.
I was overjoy when I got that instance reply that my vault is ready but then sadden to know that I was too quick to be happy and now need to wait the usual time to get to use it.
Anyways, I guess later today should be alright.

I guess I have to update this and say that it has been resolved. They did acknowledge that there was a problem in getting the vault information to the welcome email. They did however provided it manually and it worked like a charm.

all the information is available in the orbit account page, login to orbit.theplanet.com -->> Hardware -->> Server Passwords -->> click on the account name for disksync account -->> See the details tab
It shows the account number, then the vault address (vault network address). You get username as well as password for the vault too in this section. All the details required to configure your disksync account are avaulable in the same place.
