Hi,
I'm using helm, when I create a domain, I cannot login to ftp via the password which is sent in welcome message. How can I find out the default ftp password ?

When Helm create a FTP account, it set the password to a random string. You must change that to a password of your choice via Helm. This applies to the default FTP account and any other FTP account that you create manually.

Thank you for your quick response.
I've heard that the default password is same as the user default password. So is this incorrect?

I wish I could say that with authority, but that is not really matter in this case. Because default passwords in Helm are random strings. And your change to the user account password does not carry over to the default FTP account password. So even if they are the same (random password) originally, they will not be the same once you set the user account password.
Of course, I could be wrong. Apparently, you have tried and found out that they are not the same.

Initially, the password for the domain.com FTP account is set to the same as that of the Helm user account, yes.
Also, tekprio is correct. Changing the Helm user account password will not carry over to FTP and vice-versa.
