from a few days, every time i tried to update the cpanel i got this meesage :

Found hostname to be ***.****.com, which resolves to xxx.yyy.zzz.www
Hostname Virtual Host is already setup

As long as the hostname and IP address are listed properly there, that is not an issue. It is simply making sure the hostname is a FQDN and is resolving to the correct IP. The virtual host is just to check httpd.conf to make sure the virtual host entry for that is in there.
