Hi everyone,

I'm new to these boards but have found people here to be extremely helpful in the past, so if anyone could offer a response it will be *greatly* appreciated.

My site uses under 200 MB on a RAQ 4, but I am getting a server disk usage error. So obviously there are problems If anyone could offer me any assistance it would be greatly appreciated. I have *no idea* how to resolve this problem, but if anyone needs any more info to help just ask.

FWIW, I'm also showing a disk usage error. My "Active Monitor" button is flashing red -- when I click it, my Disk Usage button is flashing red.

However, when I click the "Disk Usage" button, it shows everything as fine. I'm just ignoring the message for now -- it's been going on for a month or so.

I did have a hard disk crash a month or so ago (second this year -- keep backups!!!!). I figured some indicator didn't get reset when RackShack replaced the drive.

Check your sites under active monitor and look for any sites that are set to "Unlimited". Sometimes the site will get put into Unlimited mode...if you find one. Just go to the site settings and change the size of the site and it should clear it up.

I agree with the suggestion about looking for and resetting 'unlimited' sites.

Once you make this adjustment, remember that the warning light will still remain red for up to 15 minutes before it resets. Don't expect it to go out immediately. This delay is normal on a Raq.
