Currently i'm using 5.2.1, I have yet to make the jump to 5.3
My question to you is are you refering to using it as a Server or a Workstation/Daily use machine?
My setup
Server: 5.2.1
Workstation: 5.2.1

The more I use 5.3, the more I want to go back to 4.x.
There's some great new features on 5.x but some of the stability problems just aren't worth it. All depends what you're doing on the server tho.
For me, it'll be a LONG time before I start replacing NFS servers with 5.x. Can you say PANIC?
Desktop machines, 5.x all the way.
Web servers.. toss up but leaning towards 5.3.

using 5.3-RELEASE, going to switch to 5.4-RELEASE after my chassis swap is complete.
my other server is running 5.3-RELEASE upgraded from the original install of 5.1
works great.

Run 6. imo its more "4-style" and very stable.
My latest server was ordered with the default 4.10 but was delivered with 6.0 - I was pleased.

Hello, thread bump!
My server now runs 5.4, but I'd like to move it to 6.x when I have time.
