I get this error

I did the re-install.. i'm guessing i got standard version...
My question do I need
HTTPMail Service
Pop Retrevial Connector
IMAP Service
Management Service
Sorry, I do not know anythign about website stuff..
Any help would be appreciated

It looks alright, It's complain about things that might or might not be a problem. About Plesk, it's trash on Windows and should be dragged out to the street and shot.

Ask TP to reset it or find documents on how to reset it yourself. When you want a real Control panel for Windows (helm) let me know and I'll be willing to set it up for you. (For a small fee)

As for the webmail issues, the default version of MailEnable that comes with Plesk/Windows doesn't have full webmail support. You'll have to upgrade (pay) Mailenable for the Webmail version.
The virtual directory issues, please open a ticket in Orbit, and we'll correct that issue for you, as it likely needs to be removed, and readded.
