I currently have HelpCenterLive (FREE) installed for a client. We are facing a lot of minor issues/problems that occur every once a while. They are thinking of switching to a pay version of Live Chat and they are considering the following, what do you guys recommend? None of them seem to come with a trouble ticket system.

http://www.asklive.co.uk does come with a helpdesk type system, but it's a hosted solution (i.e. you can't download the software and run it on yoursite) - I'm not sure if that's the sort of thing you are looking for.

Thanks for all the input. Do most of the sites usually have a separate trouble ticket system on top of the live chat program? Does anyone have a good trouble ticket system to recommend? Thanks.
