Works great for me. Have had it for about 6months and not one problem with it no matter what other people say.

/me starts getting annoyed.
when will people see the true crapness of skype, its p2p, do you really like your calls going kazaa style over the internet, and your machine acting as a "supernode" ...
the quality is also rather crap in my experience. its also a dodgy closed source protocol (skinny (ciscos') is closed source, but not dodgy)
also as for the skypetalk or whatever their PSTN service is called, no thanks, i'd rather pay a teleco. or like $20 / mo to the likes of broadvoice etc
and anyway, nothing beats the feel of a proper handset (see cisco 7960 or WiSIP or cisco 7920 etcetcetc)
anyone with any sense knows that skype is actually rather crap....
if you want a softphone that works.... DIAX or Firefly

Shame skytalk doesnt have built in automatic phone dialer so I can program a list of phone numbers in and it phones them and plays them a prerecorded message
