Has anyone tested it:
STABLE
9.9.1-STABLE_50
(Sun Oct 10 17:00:42 2004)
http://layer2.cpanel.net/
Looks okay so far, but just did the upgrade. It does seem to fix the previous root mysql password problem. I see phpmyadmin is also showing version 2.6.0-pl1, now, up from 2.5.6.

So far, I am not very impressed over all. It has some better looks in WHM and some more features, however, it seems that my SourceGuardian Loaders ceased to work for Fantastico. I have tried everything I could think of to get them working again (upgraded to latest loaders, checked the cPanel php.ini, etc.).
Anyone know how to fix this?

I got all my small issues fixed...
Fantastico went a little haywire with the SourceGuradian loaders but all is well now.
BTW, latest is 9.9.2-STABLE-8 now (actually as of practically 10 minutesa fter the 9.9.1-S-50 came out)

The fantastico issue seems to crop up at random.
I updated 7 servers and had to redo the loaders on just 3 of them.
I have them all now at 9.9.2-S8. I like the new feature that allows me to specify a blackout period for the stats logging. In the past on a few busy servers stats would run into the servers busy period of late afternoon/evening and it would ultimatly cuase some performance issues from time to time but now I can block off that period.
