If this server has a control panel on it, you may be able to get servermatrix to do this for you since some control panels make this easier. I know when I got my 1st cpanel server, servermatrix installed tomcat for me probably because it was available on the cpanel source sites for install. Also, this already comes with plesk servers.

Thanks Alex, I have Upgraded the Cpanel to V9.9... and I do got One Option to Install Tomcat JSP under >> Addon Module of WHM

but Unfortunately, while I Install Servlets for a Domain name....it says Cpanel Java Module is Needed...? So, I need some Professional help

Also Tomcat JSP was Installed by a Group of Techs ....it started t give 404 Error for whatever Pages you upload it and Run, that's why I Uninstalled and Re-installed...now it asks for a Module....now I need this Job to be done Urgent....I have Gor only this Forum for help

Also I wanted tell you: SM/PLANET Refused to Install Tomcat JSP....They say that We have Stopped Installation of Tomcat JSP because of it's Concurrent Errors.....

I've never actually installed this on a server myself so I'm not sure I'd be the best person for this particular job, but it seems like there was mention of it on the cpanel.net forums and possibly some instructions there.

I have tomcat up and running just fine on my ServerMatrix system.

I don't use cpanel though. I may be able to install, but it might not work together with cpanel, don't know how much that matters. I admin the system via a combination of the tomcat management webapp and (when I need to make more significant changes) editing the tomcat config files.

It's not all that hard to to. Just download from jakarta.apache.org, unpack, tweak config files, add /etc/init.d scripts, you're done. If I had the exact config setup you want, I could probably do it in 2 hours.

Now Firewall Configuration for our Windows 2003 Server is Needed.....Lunch[box] has come forward to help us in this....

and We Need Some Help in Tomcat on PLESK, Tomcat Service is already running on our Win2003 Machine...but we and Our Clients cannot Execute .JSP Files...Any Particular Directory...we are suppose to place this file?
