As I understand it redhat 9 and below are still free? Is this correct? I can't seem to find any download sites for them.. not even on suprnova.org.

Anyone have any ideas?

If you go through some of the Fedora mirrors and go up a few directories, they still have RH9 directories (somewhere).

Heres one mirror (US-East):
ftp://mirror.cs.princeton.edu/pub/mirrors.../9/en/iso/i386/

Well I'll thank you cause this is a site I've been looking for a long time...I'm all over the linux communities but never found a central point for all the ISO's lol (although I do recognize the name, lol).

And now I'll download slackware...never tried that one yet.

Slackware is my favourite distro. If's what I use on my home systems. icon_smile.gif

Why be thanked for calling someone a retard for not realizing to put ISO in a search engine?

I find linuxiso.org a bit slow.
If your looking for a specific os ISO try their website. Altho the redhat website is a bit clogged up with commercial stuff they should have a mirror list somewhere. Even if you dont use a mirror, ftping to ftp.redhat.com should give you a decent download speed once u get on. (can be queved)

PS: On ftp.redhat.com you can find every redhat version released, the mirrors will only have the most used/most recent versions

This was too late indeed but i figured its worth mentioning

ftp://mirrors.secsup.org is my favourite mirror site

They have RedHat ISO's back to 6.2, other Linux distributions plus FreeBSD, NetBSD, OpenBSD. Also they mirror PHP, Apache, MySQL and Perl
