I had problem with up2date
I found solutions here http://forums.servermatrix.com/viewtopic.p...t=up2date+hangs
and now all is ok.
I think that up2date should delete files in /var/spool/up2date
du -ch /var/spool/up2date/
196M /var/spool/up2date
196M total
but regarding problem files are still there.
Can I delete these files??
spoon
as long as up2date has never quit during install then yes (once my connection was dropped during up2date, there were dependancy loop problems and packages had to be force installed, just as well they were cached).

if I run up2date -u it shows
nothintg to update
so it means that I can remove those files?
