Probably a moot point, but my welcome email suggested to use ns1.servermatrix.com, the DNS viewer has:
IN NS ns1.theplanet.com.
IN NS ns2.theplanet.com.
nslookup shows the domain on both, so it is ok to use either ns1.servermatrix.com or ns1.theplanet.com?

Indeed would it be more reliable to have ns1.servermatrix.com and ns2.theplanet.com, are they in different data centers? or is ns1.servermatrix.com and ns2.servermatrix.com in different data centers?

ns1/2.theplanet.com and ns1/2.servermatrix.com are the same servers. However ns3/4.servermatrix.com are in the D4 datacenter.
