I have a form for people to request webdesign, however, when they click submit, Spamassasin flags it as spam...It is an email coming from the server to the server and it thinks it is spam.

I cannot figure out why it is stopping it. I have attached the mail program I am using...Any ideas? I have whitelisted the domain the mail is coming from, but they appear to be coming from the person who submitted the forum
(whatever they typed into the Email field).
And whenever its coming from a hotmail address it gives it an extra 1.5
points. icon_sad.gif

Is there a way to disable 1 of the things it checks? The message-id thing
gives it 3 points. If that's off then it wouldn't be a problem.

Here is what it gives me....

Content analysis details: (8.4 points, 8.0 required)

pts rule name description
---- ----------------------
--------------------------------------------------
0.2 NO_REAL_NAME From: does not include a real name
0.1 HTML_MESSAGE BODY: HTML included in message
-0.0 BAYES_44 BODY: Bayesian spam probability is 44 to 50%
[score: 0.4630]
0.3 MIME_HTML_ONLY BODY: Message only has text/html MIME parts
3.0 MSGID_FROM_MTA_SHORT Message-Id was added by a relay
2.5 FORGED_HOTMAIL_RCVD2 hotmail.com 'From' address, but no 'Received:'
1.1 MIME_HTML_ONLY_MULTI Multipart message only has text/html MIME parts
1.2 HTML_MIME_NO_HTML_TAG HTML-only message, but there is no HTML tag

The original message was not completely plain text, and may be unsafe to
open with some email clients; in particular, it may contain a virus, or
confirm that your address can receive spam. If you wish to view it, it may
be safer to save it to a file and open it with an editor.

If you really want to SpamAssassin to ignore a specific rule, try modifying the rule in the file ~username/.spamassassin/user_prefs (or wherever your setup keeps the user_prefs at). For example,

score MSGID_FROM_MTA_SHORT 0

Of course, you can change the value 0 to anything you like (giving it a low score like 0.1). But be careful, if you tell it to ignore too many rules, that would defeat the purpose of having SpamAssasin in the first place.
