Need help Upgrading Apache from 1.3.x to 2.X
I've tried doing it in shell but it doesn't seem to change its still at 1.3.
Was wondering if there was a command in WHM to do it?

Unless WHM/Cpanel made the change from apache 1.3X to 2.X in the newest edge bulds they are and will remain at 1.3X release. I dont think you can upgrade to apache 2 and not run into some serious cpanel intergration issues.
theres no need to bother with 2.0..its NOT supported by cpanel..
your absolute best to stick with 1.3
