I had verified all settings including rights for
resellers
hosting packages
users

everybody have no restrictions.

What could be a problem ?

I had this once - never found out why ---

I fixed it by backing up the user (and then cancelling account)
restore from backup ...

and then it worked just fine -


I know its a bit of a crazy fix --- but did work for me -
