Did you submit the Domain Admin ticket in orbit to have your domain name included in SM's DNS Server?

I don't see any real issues with your registration.
It appears you registered your domain name through namecheap and have your listed nameservers pointed to servermatrix' nameservers.
However, did you tell SM that you were going to be either using this domain name for your server and/or put in a DNS Change Request? SM's NS servers don't seem to know this domain:
> gsjms.com
Server: ns1.servermatrix.com
Address: 216.185.111.10#53
** server can't find gsjms.com: SERVFAIL
> gsjms.com
Server: ns2.servermatrix.com
Address: 69.56.222.10#53
** server can't find gsjms.com: SERVFAIL

If you are using your own exclusive DNS Servers, you do not need to inform SM about it. You just need to create the DNS Server entry at your domain name registrar.

That is the general plan. I have not used Plesk so you would need to check if Plesk would create those for you each time you set up each site. I believe it does.

You need to modify your DNS template in Plesk to reflect your own nameservers. The Plesk default template is not particularly useful if you want to run your own nameservers.
