When you contact sales via orbit or via email the replies have the persons first initial and their surname, but when you order the server via the website the sales people are listed as their first name and surname intital - which means you have to play a guessing game about who your sales person was, how about having them both the same?

Maybe it's for security, never giving the whole name. When you order a new server, they want you to feel warm and fuzzy so they give their first name.

It's a bit confusing though I've been speaking with someone from sales via orbit, and then when I ordered I *think* I chose the right person :/ do they get paid comission?

Maybe it is possible that the ticketing system does not support spacing and probably have a limit on the number of characters in the username. Yeah, it does seems confusing especially when communicating with tech since I do not have any reference for their name. With sales, you more or less could figure out.

In orbit you have initial and surname, on order forms you have first name and surname initial, on order confirmation you have just the first name, then in the build ticket you have the first name and surname

Thankgod..i asked "her" when she emailed me for support...but "badluck" that her name wasnt listed on the options since she seems to be new ..but trust me she was the best. she even called all the way to india to help me on some support issues (pre-sales)
Keeley is her name. Man she was amazing (support-wise lol)
Best sales - support ever. explained everything perfectly. i just wish her name was on the rregistraition option link so i could choose her and hope she got something nice from the Company cuz she very well deserved it.
