I seem to be having some SmartFTP issues and thought maybe it was something simple I'm missing. I can ftp to a server with SmartFTP, but it pulls an inaccurate and incomplete listing. I can ftp to this same server with virtually anything else I try including IE and FTPVoyager and the listings pull fine.

What's odd is that when I log in, it may display only a couple of files or an entire list of images from a subdirectory but the folder list of somewhere else. So when I click on a folder, it say's it's not there. If I do a refresh, I get a different listing.

Is there a setting in SmartFTP that I missed to get this to work? Has anyone else had this problem?

Check to see in the preferences/options if 'passive mode' or 'PASV mode' is checked. Try toggeling it on/off and see if that works..
