My Fantastico was working before, but now I get this error message:
PHP script /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/fantastico/includes/enc_restrictions.inc.php is protected by SourceGuardian and requires file ixed.lin.4.2.3.pxp.

Can anyone tell me how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

Run the following commands as root from the top level directory:

chattr -i /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/etc/php.ini
/usr/local/cpanel/bin/checkphpini
chattr +i /usr/local/cpanel/3rdparty/etc/php.ini

Hate to bring this back to life... Now I am getting the same error, but those commans do not work.. I have Zend installed. ANyone had this problem?

I erad the manual it tells me to put the files in one doamin, I want it to work for all domains... how can I do this?

You can try the following:

http://www.your-domain.com::2082/frontend/...min/decoder.php

This assumes that you have X2 as your Cpanel theme. Replacing it as appropriate if you use something else. And remember to login with the account you used for fantastico admin stuffs.

But obviously ixed has been updated.

It also didn't work at first, so I uploaded the missing ixed files. Works everytime.

Glad it work out for you. What I find out is that whenever we upgrade php (currently version 4.3.7), we will need the new corresponding library ixed (this means ixed.lin.4.3.7.pxp). The problem is that (most of the times?) the new library is not in the server, hence the error.

In any case, it seems the above URL (admin/decoder.php) retrieved the correct ixed file for us. Just a piece of info in case someone run into the same problem.

i received an error:
