Not sure where the best place to post this is, but I am having problems that I need to get sorted out today.

I ordered a server on Friday. I got a welcome email that told me to log in to my Orbit account for my username and password for the server. Problem is, I don't have an Orbit account. Apparently I was supposed to get an email with this information but it never arrived. So I emailed support, and got an automatic message back saying I should use my Orbit account for support. Argh! So I called them, and they said they would resend the information, but again, it never arrived.

Meanwhile, time's a wastin' and my current shared host will be kicking me off soon. What is there left for me to do?

call them up and let them know, or post your IP address of your server or some sort of account info so someone can help you out.

Server IP is 67.18.155.122.

I've got at least a 1/2 dozen that they gave me for my 1st server. How much ya wanna give me for one?
