Windows 2003 server - IIS 6, Plesk 6.5. Any shortcuts to kill IIS and install an Apache webserver instead - then configure with Plesk? icon_question.gif Can't seem to find a "webserver config" in plesk... (a little new at this) thanks!!!

That won't work as Plesk was designed for IIS integration. IIS is much more efficient on Windows than Apache anyway. I understand Plesk 7 for Windows features much better IIS integration also, so things can only get better.

There wouldn't be any integration with Apache as there is currently no control panel which works with Apache on Windows. To use, Apache for Windows, you will need to configure it by hand.

Plesk 6.5 actually installs Apache and uses it for running the Plesk control panel website, so technically you could say there is a CP that runs with Apache and Windows icon_wink.gif

Plesk 7 yes the integration is tighter and most of the very annoying 6.5.x bugs seem to have disappeared.

Yep they use Apache 2 for the control panel itself because it's easier to port the CP from Linux.
